The bright straw yellow colour brings with it inviting aromas of ripe peach and pineapple, apricot and papaya fruits thickening with hints of sweet orange and elderberry flowers standing out against a background of biting flint and hay. The duel between sweetness and freshness results in a full, soft, rounded drink, graceful with a soft, velvety perlage. The finish of glazed almond suggests the combination of Prosecco Superiore Dry with savoury dishes of seafood and shellfish or, more traditionally, with small shortcrust pastries or puff pastry and leavened desserts.
