Pale straw yellow color with faint greenish reflections, lively and persistent perlage. Fresh, fruity aroma with notes of golden apple and hints of lemon and aromatic herbs. The finish offers balanced yeast notes and a pronounced hazelnut aroma. On the palate, it is dry, lively, full-bodied and has good persistence.

The Domini di San Felice is a Brut sparkling wine from Pinot Blanc grapes vinified in purity. The white grape variety Pinot Blanc is the Italian variant of the French Pinot Blanc, originating in Burgundy and derived from Pinot Gris, which in turn originates from Pinot Noir. Today, Pinot Blanc is an international grape variety and in Italy, the Veneto region represents one of the most important production areas. Thanks to the climate and soil where it is grown, Pinot Blanc produces grapes particularly suitable for sparkling wine. In our case the second fermentation is done through the Martinotti Charmat method in autoclave and occurs slowly and gradually, up to 90 days, in order to obtain a balanced sparkling wine with lively and persistent perlage, a wine with a strong character and a great personality.
