Rosa is our rosé obtained from an original blend of Raboso and Pinot Noir, in which the freshness of the former is combined with the elegance of the latter. Sommariva Rosa is the brut sparkling wine appreciated and tasted according to the seasons, the circumstances and the dishes it accompanies. The unusual blend of two vines of opposing characteristics give this Cuvée some fascinating traits. Starting with the colour, a brilliant shade of antique pink dotted with lively and very fine bubbles, the strong fruity notes of Marasca cherry and blackberry from the Raboso grapes blend with the delicate hints of raspberry and strawberry from the Pinot Noir, enchanting as the sweet floral shades of rose and violet.
